Welcome to Sea Trials! Sea Trials is a software application developed and operated by Mariner License Prep, LLC (the "Company"). • No refunds will be provided in cases of account suspension or termination.
• Grounds for suspension or termination include, but are not limited to, violations of these Terms, inappropriate conduct, or behavior deemed harmful to the Application or its users.

• Jailbreaking or rooting devices is strongly discouraged as it may compromise security and the functionality of the Application.
